I love the summer!

Well I had the most amazing time Cleethorpes gathering festival, the sun was shinning and the clubbers were so up for it plus I partied my arse off at the after party too 🙂 Well now onto my next adventures, I have the Legends in the Park festival on 28th July in Birmingham where I will be spinning in the Sundissential vs Polysexual arena. Back in the day these were some of the biggest brands in hardhouse so I have many fond memories so it’s gonna be very special indeed. After this I will be doing something a little bit different, a London boat trip along the Thames for children spinning to a new generation of clubbers with their mums and dads too 🙂 There guys don’t just put on a rave and say bring the kids, they really are children entertainers and put on a fantastic show with fun and games. Then on August 26th i’m doing my first vinyl set in over a 10 years! This will be for The Tidy boys secret party at a small an exclusive event which I know will get all hot and sweating, tidy clubbers sure know how to party hard!! and I can’t wait to dig out some tunes that I used to love and have not spun for a very long time. Next up with be Frantic’s 22nd birthday @ Scala London on August 31st. Their last event blew my socks off!! and if you didn’t already know, every now and then I do a harder more dirtier set for the the club Bioshokk and this time we will be bringing this to Frantic for the very first time. You all know by now i’ve started to cut down my schedule but these events were just too good to turn down 😉 So one for my Midland friends, Xstatic festival May 25th, it’s been going for years and it has always been a fabulous event. This time there will be one big arena with a progression of music throughout the night which is wonderful to see and its’s their last one so lets send them off with a bang! Then Tauton on June 7th for Déjà Vu presents – A Harder Edge, come on all my Southwest friends, lets party together, I don’t get to visit this area much and their last event looked amazing!! June 22nd is Cleethorpes gathering, which looks rather special and i’m very excited about, a festival with some legendary djs spinning and live acts too, after I finish spinning I will be running around to all the arenas to check everyone out. Then there is North Hard House Reunion in Manchester on June 29th, it’s time to get our stomp on! A weekend away with Lisa Pin-Up

I love my Lisa Pin-Up weekenders each year, 3 whole nights (and days) partying with my closest clubbers from around the country at The West Rocks hotel in Eastbourne. As this was my second year I knew what to expect, a gorgeous hotel run by the friendliest promoters and more fun that you can shake a stick at! 🙂 On my day of arrival I was in good spirits and joined a few of the clubbers for room parties even before the main event had started! Then it was a 2 hour set from me on the Friday night and Saturday with lots of partying in the daytime with music from other djs too. I really can’t wait of next year, this is something special so hope you can join me. Tickets will go on sale around September with a small deposit and balance end of the year (event date not yet set, but will be either Feb or March) keep an eye out on this site for details https://www.welovehardhouse.com/ love Lisa Pin-Upxx

Nov 2018

What fun I’ve had recently, just djed at Rejuvensation in Leeds and WOW what a night! It reminded me of the old rave days, lots of rooms with old skool vibes playing all kinds of music. I was told I was gonna love it and I sure did, I tore a hole in that dancefloor after my set! And then the week before I was at Off your carrot in Birmingham, quite a new brand at a smaller venue but it had a huge atmosphere with so many of my hardhouse family. I think I knew every face and it was wonderful to mingle with everyone after my set plus everyone in there were totally bonkers, just like me so I felt right at home 🙂 xx

CLICK HERE to listen and if you want to download the mix CLICK HERE and follow the directions (trust me it is pretty easy to do 😉 Love Lisa Pin-Upxx

Mon 16th

So who was there to witness this? On July 7th I had the pleasure of spinning at TDV20 hosted by tidy trax at The O2 Academy in Birmingham to around 2,000 clubbers. This event was to celebrate to life of Tony de vit who’s sadly passed away 20 years ago with the biggest hardhouse line-up plus a few legendary djs who spun along side Tony back in the day. I loved the memorial the tidy boys put on before the music started with lovely video clips and messages from people in Tony’s past. Then onto the main event where I enjoyed my set so much it went to fast! and then I had time to hit the dancefloor after I finished. What a great night, one to remember xx

May events

They say variety is the spice of life and this month I get to do 3 totally different events which is such fun to do! Firstly on May 12th I will be spinning CLEETHORPES GATHERING with a line-up just like to old days before everyone was pigeonholed into a style of music and I used to share the bill with all kinds of djs. Even though my heart is with hardhouse I do like to wander into other rooms and listen to lots of other styles too 🙂 Held at “The beachcomber” no doubt the best venue in the area boasting its huge size and mulit arenas. Starting in the daytime (with pool party) then finishing at 2am you can get tickets here Then after this I will be heading down to London for me exclusive full on harder set where I play a more filthy set, I only do a couple of these a year and REALLY look forward to them. This time Bioshokk will be in conjunction with Vinyl Warriors and you can get tickets here Lastly on May 26th I will be once more djing on Blackpool pier for BTID with thousands of clubbers all actually on the pier with me spinning to them playing a full on bounce set as the sun goes down. Unfortunately this is now sold out but if you are lucky enough to have a ticket, see you there! 🙂 x

Pin-Up update!

So I’ve been travelling all around the country again with lots of distance between the last couple, Devon and Blackpool with two totally different crowds but both amazing in their own way. Its been 5 whole years since I djed for Random Noize in Barnstaple-Devon and just love the clubbers down this way, most of them have been coming to see me dj since the start of my career. Then up the other end of the country to Blackpool for a full on bounce set. I do a handful of these kinds of gigs a year and love spinning something different. The clubbers are so friendly and up for party and it was Sanctuary’s 16th birthday party which was a bonus too!
